I own a six year old Brother MFC7460. It had a bad paper jam; the paper got wrapped around the fuser. I could see it but couldn't' get at it to remove the paper. I proceeded to take various components of the printer out exposing the fuser bar and then removed the paper. I tried putting the parts back into the printer but was unable to insert the last four components. I took the printer and the parts to One Source and explained the situation, fulling expecting that I would have the leave the printer for repairs. They immediately had a repair man take the machine into a back room and put it back together and then checked out to see if it operated correctly, which took about 20-30 minutes. I asked how much I owe for the repairs and to my surprise, they said nothing. I kept insisting that they charge me for their time involved and they said there was no charge! I did buy an inexpensive mouse from them. I would highly recommend that you try One Source for your repairs. They were FANTASTIC!
