Dale Martin made a number of factual errors on our appraisal. He neglected to count a room and its square footage. He did not spend much time at our house, he did not walk the property or look into the garage. Mr. Martin's final appraisal value of our home was dismal--over $50,000 less than it was worth 12 years ago. I understand that house prices may be depressed in Hillsboro, but his evaluation was completely off the mark. We paid $700 for him to ruin our chances of a refinance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
