Speedway

Purchased a king size bag of kit kat minis this evening opened by my 5 yr old granddaughter as soon we get back in the car. The chocolate was completely melted. I go back into the store for a refund and the young condescending man behind the counter states "it's hot". Ok, but the products you sell should not be ruined because it's hot. If the air conditioning in the store is inadequate to prevent this from happening maybe it should be looked at/repaired. I asked for his managers man and he tears off a piece of register tape, writes down a phone number and says "have a nice day ma'am." REALLY?!? There are other gas station/convenience stores I'll support with my business in the future.
