Speedy Car Rental Olentangy

Picked up a car today at 10 am and the wife and I go out for our anniversary and now I am sitting in Ikea with a rental that will not go into gear and are currently stranded. The only number I have is for someone who claimed to have been the owner that just rings and rings there is no emergency number and every number I have for them ring to a phone with no voicemail I had the car for less than 6 hours and only drove it a total of 1 hr cumulatively. Do not rent from this company Thier cars are dirty and beat up. From what I have experienced thus far they do not care about the customer or take any pride in the vehicles they rent. Still no anwser we have tried everything!!!!!
