Store manager is helpful, but he can only do so much with the lousy support Sprint has. Our bill has been messed up since the inception of the contract--- 4 months!!! I received a message from Sprint that said my service was going to be interrupted if I didn't contact them; however they still had to credit my account nearly $200! One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. I'm sorry that I ever signed up under Sprint. The only reason I rated them 3 stars is because Justin, the store manager is doing all that HE can to resolve the issues we've been having. It's pretty sad when the employees can't get decent service either. Ridiculous! We have spent well over 20 hours in the store and at least 5 over the phone... What a mess. Sprint is the definition of FUBAR.
