I spent over an hour at this location only to be told that I was wrinly informed and did not have to go to the Marion store. I had a warranty issue with my phone in November and sent it out for service. I was told it would be 2 weeks. After a month of no news I contacted them only to be told they had received it back and need to send it back out but they "lost" my information to get in touch to get more information. So the phone when t back out for service only to be returned 2 weeks later with nothing fixed, after receiving a call from the manager informing me it was fixed. Stay away from Sprint.
