Just horrible. rudeness must be a company policy. all associates were extremely rude. they don't care about helping you unless your buying a phone or service. faulty products are always your fault. two week old note8 is unable to charge which is my fault. they will place it for 200 dollars for me with a smile. i will be going back with verizon very soon.
