I was put into a contract which had a promotion ending in 6 months, when it ended I had to pay much more but it was too late for me to change the way we purchased it. I clarified at the time of purchase with the employee and manager. When I called to see if they could do anything I was offered an $80 dollar credit and told "not to come looking for more." Their mistake/laziness cost me about $600 more than anticipated over the course of our contract.
