If I could give them zero I would. Do not expect to get in contact with them over the phone. Twice now, I called in and was on hold for over 30 minutes. All I wanted to do was put my name on the wait list but I was on hold long enough to Dive there. To top it all off they were not even on a wait in the store. I cannot express enough my disappointment in this store and their employees. I have been a sprint customer for eight years and I guess that is the problem. They don't care about there long term customers, only possible new ones. If you are thinking about switching to Sprint I would reconsider. I will be leaving the company after my lease is up.
