Well Fredrick the manager helped my boyfriend that day. He was going in to get a iPhone for my son for his birthday we were celebrating 1-23 of this yr! Well he asked what he was looking for an Fredrick was just switching over his own phone to a new iPhone and he sold my boyfriend his personal own phone! Said he had apple care while 9 yards! An to boot it was a Verizon phone not a sprint phone either, he was behind the counter working Fredrick was. Took $250 cash from my boyfriend an pocketed the money an put on the paperwork that is was our preowned phone which was a lie! Than I went into apple an the phone was over 1000 charges the battery was very bad and the screen was replaced there was a yellow lining around the screen I seen that’s why I went to apple an they said I didn’t have coverage for it it was only through sprint. An when I took it to sprint they said Fredrick printed out that we had insurance on the phone but really didn’t have anything no coverage on the phone! Fredrick performed a federal offense an should be fired! And we should get out money back in full!!! An when I called to speak to the district manager they said I wouldn’t be able to reach him, bc they are barely able to reach him! They refused to give me any information to speak to a hire up! Horriable experience and not happy with this so called manager at the Lakewood Ohio sprint store!!
