Well, I'll start with the fact that my family donates thousands of dollars worth of gently used merchandise to this location. Recently, we discovered that the employees here go through the donated items, take what they want, and sell the rest. We do not donate these items for the company to not profit. The company does so much for the community, but with the employees taking the high end items it doesn't give the store the chance to make the money. After 5+ years of donating at least once every two weeks, my close and extended family of over 30 will not be donating to this specific location.
