Standard Realtors: Jim Wootton

Jim Wootton is an absolute EXPERT in creative real estate deals (that are legal) for non profits!!! I was on the board of Capital City Church-AG for 2 different building purchases that Jim masterfully navigated us through. We ended up making about a $1,000,000 on the first building he helped us get (in approximately 6 years) and we are still in the 2nd building. We absolutely love our most recent purchase, the old Ballys/Scandinavian location on Old Henderson Rd. What a blessing he has been to our church and many, many others in Central Ohio. I can't recommend Jim any stronger for your church, or non-profit, real estate advisory needs.
