Starbucks

Aurora location did not meet minimum expectations for Starbucks. Woman at the drive through presented me with what seemed like a full cup of cream sans any coffee when I asked for extra cream. Then the replacement took five plus minutes to make and that one was unappealing. We asked if they had macadamia nut cookies and she said yes. It was an oatmeal raisin cookie with macadamia nuts. Started in the drive through and had to go inside for the 3rd replacement cup of coffee . Guy inside was great, no customers were in line and the creamer carafe was empty.
