This is a great facility. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to teach. The staff takes the time to show you proper mechanics, techniques and different variations of exercises. The facility itself is always clean. The equipment is up to date and designed to promote proper mechanics. The anytime access to facility is great for any schedule. I would recommend this gym to everyone.
