The salon is cute however, if your natural, the press and curl will not last you until you get home. I have kinky, curly hair and I have went a few times when the weather was not humid to get a press and curl. Chris did my hair and she would get you in a chair w/in 10 mins. I found her to be heavy handed pulling on my hair a lot and burning my scalp w/ the flat iron every now and then. She curled my hair cute, but it did not last. About time I got home, I would have to find another style for my hair like a goddess braid b/c my hair was reverting. Lastly, I would try to talk to her about my natural hair and see if I could get any advice taking care of it and she had no answers. She kept trying to push a keratin treatment. My goal is to have healthy hair however, she was not willing to give any good advice for naturals.
