SUBWAY®Restaurants

I travel the entire United States for work and have visited many good Subway franchises . This was THE WORST. I thought it was required that if you were restaurant with an eating area or dining room that you are required to offer a restroom for your customers. i ordered food and i inquired about using the restroom to wash my hands in this filthy restaurnt. first they said they did not have a bathroom and we're quite rude about it. after questioning them they admitted that they did have a bathroom but claimed it's for employees only. This location is on Northfield Road by Southgate Shopping Center (North Randall? Ohio) and they won't get my business again.
