Sycamore Farms Country Inn B&B

This refurbished historical estate is delightful and charming in every way, and is the very best B&B I've ever experienced. The proprietors, who personally restored the home, have preserved its original character while creating plush and modern accommodations for us lovers of creature comforts (including new bathrooms added on with such expertise they are seamless to the structure and actually add drive-up appeal). The house is full of gorgeous period antique furnishings. Our breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented. I can't recommend this place more wholeheartedly. (Ask Cherryl to fill you in on the fascinating transformation process of this estate—including the historical barn. She is an encyclopedia and is so much fun if you get the chance to talk with her.)
