When they looked at my u_verse bill they want to switch me to direct tv. I told them a satellite would not work. I was told if I let someone come out and look to confirmed that my property was not suited for a dish that the manager would try to get me discount on my u_verse bill. I am not covered by a contract. I decided any savings was worth the hassle. When Tech arrived he agreed.. could not place a dish.
Manager has since not returned any of my phone calls. Wasted my time. Is this how you treat a customer with att cell service and their most expensive tv package? It appears so.
