I was sold the incorrect item. Upon trying to return the item, the manager wouldn't talk to me. He whispered responses to an employee who then repeated it to me. He didn't even look at me. Just clicked around on a pc. Not only did they not help, but they refused to refund my money. Told me there was a MANDATORY RESTOCKING FEE. The item was $60 data plan was $50. They Said they'd only refund $15. TOTAL!!! Then they tried to sell me the "Correct" item. atnt scammed me. They will never get my business again.

Customer service is not very good, staff kinda leaves you hangin when you are in the store. Their is like 2 workers and like 15 people in the store, why? I’ve came before and their were 10 workers and 1 customer.
