Two employees, each with a customer when I entered. The first one finished up quickly, and the employee walked into the back room. After waiting for almost 15 minutes I asked if he would return to help me. Was told no, he didn’t technically clock in for another 1/2 hour. Terrible customer service, apathy, and lack of professionalism.
