Added my father to my account. Store staff said he was entitled to free Galaxy J7 phone it had on a promotion. When bill came I was charged for the phone. T Mobile didn't care about the misrepresentation, they said the promotion was only for new accounts. T Mobile gave only two choices, pay for the phone or cancel new line and this was after my father had already cancelled his Sprint account.
