Ported number in ok, but saw extra $20.00 charge on computer screen. Asked about it and was told it never shows up right, but it won’t be on my bill. After having it corrected twice at the store, and seeing it on line, was still told it’s off and you won’t have to pay.it was taken out on bill pay. Half hour with customer support took care of the bill. Annoying that I have to waste hours fixing incompetence or people pushing for quotas.
