My experience with store Manager Erwin, at the Harper’s Point AT&T franchise store was the most deplorable, rude treatment I’ve had in my entire life! He had no interest in helping me when they made a mistake on my account but only in getting rid of me. He even went so far as to tell me to leave his store when I told him that he needed to improve his customer service skills; that he 'didn't like my attitude' and 'didn't have to listen to me in his store'! Of course he never followed up with me as he promised. Would love to speak with his district manager if I had the chance...
