Lived here for three years, once they started to renovate all of a sudden they wanted to raise our rent. Not only that but I needed some paper work filled out by them for my daughters to go to daycare and proof that we lived there, they denied and stated they couldn't do it. The manager there is extremely rude and has a nasty attitude. Also the maintains guy is a big jerk and very rude using unnecessary language. To me it seems that they were finding excuses for my family to move since we were the only ones who did not want their apartment made "luxury". WORST PLACE IVE LIVED IN!!!!
