Speaking from a local business who use to use another company out of Canal Winchester Ohio, shouldn't be hard to figure out who that company is. We switch from them to TCR computer systems. The other company is very unprofessional and installed items on our systems that only they could control. When we asked for our passwords they would not supply them, they tried to hold us captive to their company and services. We contacted TCR computer Systems to come in and fix our systems. They showed up on time and performed the service and repairs we needed, at a very reasonable price. They did not do anything we did not approve of. When comparing TCR to the other company we had, I would say there is no comparison. Are system are working fine and they have only performed service that would up grade our systems and not install item we don't need.
