Time after time I have been disappointed with how incredibly long it takes for this company to complete an order despite the “promise” of 4 weeks!!! Why have I kept going back? I do like the products and the ability for each family to order and pay online. BUT, this last time did me in. I am DONE!!! We were guaranteed 4 weeks and it has been 7. We went to pick up items today and were told everything was in the boxes they carried to our car. learning from previous experience, we checked our boxes before pulling out of the parking lot. We found that MANY items were missing!!!! When I went in to ask what was going on, I was told these items were on backorder!!!! Again, more delays Without any communication and heads up!!!! I expressed my frustration to the older gentleman at the counter and he flat out told me that “next time I should take my business somewhere else!!!” What!?!?!? Where has customer service gone?!?!? I know we are a smaller group, but we had around $1,000 in orders and they just keep pushing us down their priority list because we aren’t their big money maker!!! And to flat out tell me to take my business elsewhere if I am not satisfied rather than work to mend the situation.. Well, sir, from now on I will do just that. Unless you have 2-3 months to be able to get those items in, and have time to follow up and make sure everyone in the chain is doing their job, FIND ANOTHER COMPANY to work with!!!!!!!
