Texas Roadhouse

This was my first to this new location. The wait time is average compared to other locations. The appetizers came out quickly and were hot. I ordered a sweet tea and it took the waitress three separate attempts to get sweet tea. One guest in my party got the wrong type of steak and it took quite a while to get it remade correctly. The overall service was lacking and I would have hoped for better service for the cost of the food.

Not very good at controlling the crowd. Was a jumbled mess at the entrance. People waiting to get a table, people trying to get thier names in, people pushing though. People leaving the restaurant had to fight the mess to leave. Music was extremely loud. Hard to even carry in a conversation with the person sitting across from you. Waitress was on point and extremely friendly. Ordered a N.Y. strip medium came out well done. They waitress was quick to try to to fix. Manager came over and seemed like she was just going through the motions and not concerned at all. The bread and butter was good as always. Salad was fresh and well put together. Ordered a Sprite and tasted horrible. Overall a bad experience made better by an excellent waitress. Not sure I would go back to this location. Never had a problem with the on off Airport Hwy.
