Extremely frustrating experience. We had to go back twice to get enough, even though we gave the associate the measurements. Tiles were on backorder both times. A 2 day project took 4 weeks and is still sitting unfinished. Also adding to the frustration: we live 40 minutes away, so before driving there, I called to ask if they had the tile in stock (in the middle of the project). They asked for the part number which I gave off the box. The associate said they had enough on the floor, only to find out upon my arrival that it is a different “type” that is older and therefore a different lot number that did not match at all. Two more weeks. They should have asked for the lot number. When I called to add a few more tiles the next day to ensure that we didn’t run in to this issue again, I was informed that the tiles are now on backorder for 4 weeks. Infuriating. Also, they are quite pricey. Similar tile at Lowe’s for about $2-$3 less per tile. I will never go through the tile shop again if I can avoid it.
