Tim Hortons

I went through the drive through and placed my order. I clarified 3 times -twice at the order board, and once right to the guy's face at the window that I wanted no tomatoes or peppers on my wrap. I get home and there's both. I call and the guy says to come back and they'll remake it. I go, and he doesn't even offer a free donut or something for my trouble. When I get home with my new wrap, I take a bite and my chicken is cold! Horrible!
