This is a jeweler with an ATTITUDE! I dropped off a necklace for repair and was told it would take 5 business days. Twelve business days later my necklace had not been repaired. The sales associate got snippy, explaining that they weren't that far behind with the repair. You see, they consider only Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday business days. I was supposed to just know this somehow! No apology offered, just attitude. Wow!!!!
