Zero stars would be more accurate. Scheduled an appointment on Saturday for Monday at 5pm. Was to get four truck and two trailer tires. Showed up for my appointment and was told they could not do it, said I had to bring it back in the morning. Inquiring as to what the problem was they said that they forgot to write the appointment down in the book, but the tires I had ordered came in and they had my info. Itold them that would not work and that it had to be an afternoon appointment. I was told there was nothing they could do. Nothing like towing a boat across town to get a blank stare, poor customer service, and zero concern for my time. No effort to make it right after their screw up.
