Came in for a simple balance and rotate. I think I had lost a wheel weight as the truck had suddenly developed a rather significant shake at 65 mph. As I've been coming to this store since it opened I knew they would take care of me. Sure enough, a short time later out the door I went and the truck is smooth as silk again. It may be a chain but the store personnel are who make the store what it is. Stop in at the Becket Ridge store, ask for Raymond and you'll be taken care of. It's the only place I go. 4 cars and 5 sets of tires can't be wrong!
