Titan Tax

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! BEWARE! I usually file my own taxes every year but they got me by saying you could get alot of your refund back early so i decided to try it out.. Well i should have ran when they told me it would cost near 500 dollars for them to file my taxes. But i went with it thinking the early money would be worth it as they said you could get up to 1500 back early. After i filed i drove all the way back to my house in xenia just for them to call me saying my check for 100 dollars was ready which meant i had to drive a whole 30mins back. Now what really sent me over the edge is when i didnt get my taxes yet and i ended up getting a letter from the irs stating that i needed to file my 1095a and send 8962 form in as well. So i took my 1095a all the way up there and the guy printed off the 8962 form then proceeded to tell me that i could fill them out and turn them in!!!!!! I told him why would i fill them out and turn them in when i paid yall to do my taxes?!?! And technically these forms should of already been filled out and turned in when you guys turned my taxes in to begin with!!!! So he calls his manager because come to find out he doesnt even know what to do and what a 8962 form is!!!!!! He gets off the phone and starts pretending to fill out the 8962 then stops and says he doesnt know how to fill out the rest of the form and that his manager would be in tomorrow as they also dont have a fax machine in office so the manager would have to do it. So i called today at 11 and he tells me he has no clue when the manager will be in today.. That he would possibly be there later in the evening!!!! By this point im done.. These people have NO CLUE what their doing!!! I went and grabbed the papers .. I am going to fax them myself!!! Paid these people 500 dollars for what! Its a scam!! Do not fall for it!!! Once i get my check i will be so happy to not have to ever deal with these people again!!!
