My vehicle was serviced here in April. All I wanted was an oil change. The service was completed and then the car was garaged for about 2 months. I began to drive my car earlier this month and had 2 incidents that could have cost me my life. While driving on the highway my car advised me to put it in park then cut off. After getting it back to the dealership I find out that the oil plug and filter were barely on and that under my car was all oily because it had almost all spilled out. $423 later, I called this vendor looking for reimbursement. Instead, i got "I don't know what YOU did to the car". You know what I did, I trusted you to perform a service. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, I paid for a service and then had to pay much more because they didn't do what they should have.
