Tri State Gunite Pools

My wife and I realized we had to do something about our 30 year old pool that had served us well but was showing its age. My biggest concern was finding a company that was both competent and trustworthy. Mel Schmidt, Billy, and all the employees with Tri State Gunite Pools exceeded our expectations and did an outstanding job of putting in our wonderful new pool and deck! From the very start of the job it was clear that Mel and his crew knew what they were doing, were on time, told us what to expect next, and were great to work with throughout the process. After completing the work, the first time I started cleaning the pool I had some questions as I wanted to be sure I didn't do anything to damage our new equipment. Mel, Billy, and several other employees took the time to come by our home later that afternoon and walk me through the process. What great follow up and customer service! I believe that all the employees of Tri State Gunite Pools truly build and work on pools as if they are installing it for themselves.
