Called 30 or so times, only once did I actually get someone to pick up. Leaving a message does not guarantee a call-back, when they do occur it is hours after you left the message. I have dealt with 3 Dr. Offices (2 specialists), 1 Dentist and 1 Oral Surgeon over the past 3 months..this is the only one where I could not to talk to a real person by calling them. This is a place of business, I would expect that answering the phone should be a priority. I am seriusly contemplating, after being there several years, of finding what other offices my Doctors are part of and go there instead.....
