The owner and sales staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and totally no-pressure. We were specifically shopping for a new mattress, as the store also stocks the latest and best in organic mattresses, also made in Ohio. Delivery was made today, right on time, and set-up was completed by two friendly and skilled employees. Some adjustments were needed on our existing wood bed frame, which was handled easily by the employees, since they are actually the carpenters making the fine furniture most of the time!
