Union Eye Care

I called to ask a quick question and I say “Hello” and the lady goes “sorry I can’t hear you try calling back” my voice was clear and loud she heard me perfectly fine!!! But yet she shut the phone right away!! Then i tried calling back and no answer! They were closing in about 15 min and all I had was literally a yes or no question!!
