I would give zero stars if it were possible. They constantly lose my mail, give it to my neighbors, give me my neighbor's mail, or return my mail back to sender because it says that my address doesn't exist, even though it has existed for over 20 years and I have never had a problem with any other delivery service. They are impossible to contact because of their awful phone answering service that does not allow you to speak to a customer service representative unless you have a tracking number, or an already previously filed complaint number. When you go into the post office to try and speak to somebody about your issue they shrug their shoulders and basically tell you that they do not care. I hope that the United States Postal Service goes out of business. They are outdated, they are unprofessional, and they lack any type of customer service skills. Not to mention, that their staff are either inept or apathetic. Mind you it does not take much skill to sort and deliver mail; a child could do a better job then most of the United States Postal service's employees. I will pay more to FedEx a letter than give USPS any money. I encourage everyone to demand their online purchases get sent by delivery services other than USPS.
