This guy is amazing. I had a pipe burst and flood a bedroom - he was out the next morning, got the water extracted and drying fans set up in less than an hour. His price was waaaaaay under what those big "recovery" service places would have charged. I am SO pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants a job very well done at an extremely reasonable price.
