Amazon packages that have to go through UPS are ALWAYS 2-3 days past the delivery time from this Austinburg office. I will track an order that states "out for delivery" or "arriving today by (blank)time" and it never fails - this place does not make it out to Perry for delivery - even though I have the history of the shipment and it quite clearly states that the package is in the neighborhood. So much for Amazon Prime - the 2-day shipping doesn't mean anything if it ships UPS. Fed-X and USPS packages make it when promised, not sure why this UPS office has issues with this.
