Not impressed.
Asked the guy if we could switch our phones over to our new phones that we own, and if there would be a charge or not. He said "uhm, I'm not sure if there would be or not... We'd just have to try it and find out" wasn't very helpful, seemed like he was just trying to get us in there and get us to invest some of our time before telling us there would be a "small fee"
