I went into this store to up grade and was flat out lied to. I had asked questions about the s8 plus about the back being made out of glass. The salesman taped on the back of the phone and said no it's not glass it's good. 2 weeks later I sat down in and lawn chair and the glass on the back broke. I feel that if you don't know about your products don't sell them. So I call Verizon and they will not work with me on anything just want me to pay a 200 dollar deductible. I feel I was lied to just so the salesman could make a sale and get the commission. I personally will never walk back into that store and I will be exploring other options for service. I have been with Verizon for 6 years and see no loyalty to there customers.
