It was a wonderful experience all the staff are nice and helpful and go out of the way to satisfy you I went in there seeing if I could upgrade my phone when 3 other Verizon stores said there was no way around the plan we had but the people here went out of the way to help and make its so I could upgrade my phone and more and we're able to even get a case and screen protector with it over all a wonderfully store
