Endless Phone Solicitations: I bought a service contract from the dealer who made money on that portion of the sale. My contact information was sold to multiple companies trying to sell me an extension. Now why am I posting on the dealer's website? Because they are the ONLY ones who can ensure others don't suffer as I have. Several calls a day for a year is unbelievable. BMW needs to resolve this with its vendors. Opting Out, No Call List, nothing else works. Be aware of what lies in your future if you buy the service contract or extended warranty!

Went there for maintenance on my car. They gave me a brand new loaner, got the jobs done quickly, and did not try to do any unnecessary work. Price for work done was fair.
