Waffle House

Normally have great experience with this location. Tonight had the wife call in our order while I was driving in for quick pick up. They wouldn't take an order over the phone because they said they were too busy to take phone orders. When I arrived a few minutes later there were 3 cars in the parking lot and 6 patrons, including kids. I stood at the register for about 5 minutes and was not even acknowledged resulting in me leaving. I understand there may be a good reason not to take a phone order but I cannot understand a lack of integrity by lying about it. Love Waffle House but will not be returning to this location.
