They have not put separate meters in apartments so to get around paying for the water bill they handwrite in your lease you pay water. After doing that they send you water bills from "waterwatch" instead of Columbus water utilitie company. They are a fraudulent company used to hide cross creeks fraudulent rental practice. I would suggest anyone living there get a lawyer as soon as possible.
