I would highly recommend Dr. Ettrich to anyone that needs a root canal in the Dublin/Powell area. My general dentist called to schedule an emergency appointment and Dr. Ettrich fit me into his busy schedule within 2 hours of the phone call. Melissa, at the front desk, was very friendly and eased my worries about the procedure. Dr. Ettrich ended up having to numb me 3 times before I finally lost complete sensitivity on the problem tooth. He was patient and understanding. Dr. Ettrich explained step-by-step what he was doing throughout the procedure and asked several times if I was doing okay or if I felt any pain. I was impressed when I received a follow-up call from Dr. Ettrich the day after the procedure. The entire office staff was friendly, courteous, understanding and professional!
