Visited a friend there because I was looking for a place to put my camper because I heard it was a nice place in 2014... I visited in 2015 after the new owners bought this place and the Showers were disgusting. Bathroom(toilets) smelled awful like it was never pumped out or cleaned. Lawn care was not kept very well. But the manager Ed at least had some good "moonshine".
