Two day ago I got a frosty and they handed me one that was all melted and didn't know till I got home. Tonight I went back and told Wendy's and I was given another frosty I didn't even have to argue they promptly gave me another one and told me have a good night. Every one can make a mistake but it how you fix it that matters to me and that is why I rank them a 5 star
